Good Guys Sometimes Come First!

Ages ago we talked about a PLF memeber who ranted about a pitch he’d done against a mate of his and how he was convinced the client would choose his mates campaign because it was exactly what they wanted to ‘hear’ … whereas he had gone with what he believed was the best way to achieve the business goal by really understanding consumer needs and wants.

So yes, he is eating his words – but it’s nice to know that there are some clients out there that choose what’s right, not just what’s ego-boosting.
